ACT Tutoring
Our online tutoring is the most effective way to prepare. Online tutoring has many advantages over traditional classroom-based programs. With one-on-one tutoring, students receive 100% of the tutor's attention and all lessons are taught at the students' learning pace. All hours are for direct one-on-one instruction.
Clients who sign up for small group or private tutoring pay a one-time, non-refundable $100 fee for the setup of their
Panhandle Educational Consulting Services Account, basic materials and practice tests. Materials included for test prep is the official Getting into the ACT study guide. Various other materials for test prep for clients enrolled in ACT tutoring may be supplied at no additional charge.
Like the SAT,the ACT is a nationally administered, standardized paper-and-pencil test that helps colleges evaluate candidates. Colleges now accept your ACT or SAT scores interchangeable. This means that you have the opportunity to decide on which test you'll perform better. And in many cases, students prepare for and take both exams.
Generally, you'll take the ACT for the first time in the spring of your junior year. This allows you to reserve the summer months for college applications or enough time to re-take the test during the fall of your senior year if you're not satisfied with your score.
